I am a serial entrepreneur with 30 years of board-level experience. I have personally built and sold a successful international business that operated across 16 countries. My journey has given me some outstanding life lessons and the opportunity to work with some fantastic, successful people.
For the past eight years, I have been a trusted advisor to business owners who want to achieve growth, profitability, and personal financial freedom.
I offer a free, no-obligation telephone consultation. This helps me understand your requirements and allows you to get to know me and how I can help you.
If I don’t think I can help you, I will say so; honesty is one of my core values. If I find that I can’t help, I will try and introduce you to someone in my network who can.
How do I work with clients?
Remote working is the most cost-effective way for my clients to access me and gives us the greatest flexibility. I aim to do as much work as possible remotely. However, I can meet and work in your business when required.
How does a project start?
We agree on a clear plan of action and the key performance indicators we’ll use to measure success. Once we’ve agreed on the scope of the assignment, I’ll present a timetable that works around you and your business.
Will I always be available?
I only work with a small group of clients at any one time and never use 100% of my capacity. This helps me respond to clients' needs and offer a flexible service.
Am I the right mentor for you?
